Red River College Turkey Cook-Off - 2008
The Culinary Arts Program at Red River College, in association with the Manitoba Turkey Producers, hosted the first annual “Turkey Cook-Off” for the culinary arts students. The students were invited to submit and prepare their very own recipes using Manitoba turkey. Thanks to all the students who took part. Tied for first place in the inaugural event were Heather Neskar and Tyler Kaktins. The second place winner was Jeremy Gardner.
