- ground cumin

- curry powder

- 2 Tbsp (30 mL)
- fresh chives, finely chopped (or onions green)

- clove garlic, minced

Topping:

- 1/2
- red onion, cut into rounds

- 2 tsp (10 mL)
- olive oil

- 1 tsp (5 mL)
- balsamic vinegar

- pinch
- brown sugar

- 1 brick
- Bothwell Smoked Gouda cheese, thickly sliced

- Compliments Sensations Kansas City Style smoky barbeque sauce
Directions
Preheat grill.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, saute onions in oil until soft (about 5 minutes). Add balsamic vinegar and brown sugar and cook an additional minute.
Combine all burger ingredients and form into 6 patties. Grill patties 5-10 minutes each side on an oiled grill or until a thermometer inserted into the patty reads 175°F.
Top cooked burgers with onions and Bothwell cheese slices. Close lid until cheese melts. Spread a generous amount of barbeque sauce on toasted multigrain buns. Top with burgers and enjoy! Nutritious and Delicious!
